Open only to permanent, legal US residents physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Oxygen’s Generation O Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on March 22, 2010, at 6:00 am ET and end on May 24, 2010 at 12:00 pm ET ("Sweepstakes Period").
Limit :
You may enter one (1) time during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) prize ("Prize") will be awarded to Winner, consisting of the following: one (1) 2010 Mini Cooper convertible, plus certain title and registration fees designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion. While the Winner will be the first person titled as owner of his/her Prize, the Prize will have been used as a marketing display vehicle, may have been driven for an as of yet undetermined number of miles, and may have accumulated minor wear and tear not typical of a new vehicle. The estimated retail value ("ERV") of the Prize is thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) plus the Tax Mitigation Amount (as defined in official rules).
