Eligibility :

“Stauer’s 2011 Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the date of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

Sweepstakes begins 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on September 30th, 2011 and ends 12:00 p.m. CST on December 2nd, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) prize: a shopping spree from Sponsor, where such prize will be valued at no more than Five Thousand United States Dollars ($5,000) including shipping costs and associated sales tax for such merchandise (“Shopping Spree”). Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
