The Aaron’s “Home Theater Giveaway Sweepstakes (herein referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is open solely to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States (excluding Minnesota and Wisconsin) and the District of Columbia, as well as residents of Canada who reside in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Saskatchewan, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
