The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (with the exception of the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), who (1) are 18 years of age or older as of Monday, April 30, 2012, and (2) have internet access. Entrants must be able to travel to the Devinci factory in Quebec, Canada (valid passport required for travel) from August 1, 2012 through August 3, 2012.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, April 30, 2012 and ends at 11:00:00 p.m. ET on Monday, May 28, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit one entry per person.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be offered the Grand Prize: a choice of either one (1) 2012 Devinci Leo SL K road bike (ARV $3,399.99) or one (1) 2012 Devinci Atlas RC 29er mountain bike (ARV $3,999.99); and a trip for one (1) adult (must be over the age of 18 at time of entry) to the Devinci factory in Quebec, Canada, which includes the following components: (1) round-trip airfare for one (1) adult (from the US to Canada) – Sponsor will attempt to book flights from the winner's closest airport but cannot guarantee this (ARV $1,500); (2) while in Canada, accommodations for two (2) nights (one room) from August 1 through August 3, 2012 (ARV $250); (3) transportation (to visit Devinci factory) and meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner up to $40 per meal per person (all provided by Sweepstakes partner Devinci). The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,429.99-$6,029.99.
