Eligibility :

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The iVillage Pilates Machine Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on July 11, 2012 at 12:01 A.M. ET and end on August 12, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: a Pilates Power Gym Pro. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three hundred fifty dollars ($350).
