The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 States of the United States, excluding Rhode Island and the District of Columbia (“Sweepstakes Territory”), who are age 16 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the Sweepstakes Territory and wherever else prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on August 31, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) Entry per person/address/email address no matter what method of entry is used.

Prize(s) :
One (1) “Grand Prize” consisting of a meet and greet for the winner and ten (10) friends with Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Jr. (“Talent”). The location, date and time of this meet and greet will be determined by Talent’s schedule and the location of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will include hotel accommodations for up to two days and one night in five (5) double-occupancy hotel rooms and round-trip transportation (which may include coach airfare for eleven (11) from a major airport). The Grand Prize will be fulfilled within the next 365 days (on a date and at a location to be selected by Sponsor). All hotel accommodations and travel arrangements will be determined by Sponsor. Total ARV of Grand Prize $3,000.
First Prize: Sponsor will award one (1) “First Prize” consisting of two tickets to a concert featuring Talent (on a date and at a location to be selected by Sponsor). Total ARV of Second Prize $800.
Second Prize: Sponsor will award fifty (50) winners one t-shirt personally signed by Talent. Total ARV of Third Prize $500.
Third Prize: Sponsor will award fifty (50) winners one poster personally signed by Talent. Total ARV of Fourth Prize $400.
