2012 Scotch® Brand Holiday Central (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are 18 years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of participation.

The Promotion begins on November 20, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
Limit :
