Eligibility :

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories)”, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Kathie Lee and Hoda’s Xbox 360 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on December 6, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. ET and end on December 12, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
