Cinemark "Monte Carlo Getaway" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes begins on January 4, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 7, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
