The Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren All Access Avicii Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the United States (except residents of Hawaii) who are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on February 18, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Prize(s) :
One (1) grand prize winner will receive an all access prize package which consists solely of the following: (i) passes to one (1) summer music festival in 2013 in the U.S. for winner and one (1) guest with special reserved seating; (ii) VIP passes to the Avicii performance occurring during the summer music festival for winner and one (1) guest; (iii) a question and answer with Avicii on his podcast (date and time to be determined based solely on Avicii's schedule); (iv) airfare (coach class) for winner and one (1) guest from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to the destination city; (v) hotel room selected by Sponsors (standard room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights for winner and one (1) guest; and (vi) a $2,000 Denim & Supply shopping spree at Macy's for winner.
