The Hostess® "Steeerike…it Rich!" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) as of the date of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. PT on June 27, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on July 31, 2010 (the "Entry Period").
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day during the Entry Period, regardless of e-mail address used.
Prize(s) :
One Grand Prize: trip for four (4) to Kansas City, MO (the "Travel Prize") and the opportunity to participate in a baseball pitching event where he/she will win ONE (1) of the following prizes (each, a "Cash Prize"): $1,000,000† Prize; $50,000† Prize; $25,000 Prize; or $10,000 Consolation Prize; subject to satisfaction of all requirements of these Official Rules. Cash Prizes are NOT cumulative. Only the highest Cash Prize legitimately won by the Contestant will be awarded. If won, a $25,000 Prize or $10,000 Consolation Prize will be awarded within 12 weeks of the Event in the form of a check made payable to the Contestant; see Section 7 below for further details on payment of the $1,000,000 Prize or $50,000 Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select air carriers, hotels, and ground transportation providers in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Travel Prize is $5,000; actual value may vary based on fare fluctuations and point of departure.
