T-Mobile NBA Season Prize Pass Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility :

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) Monthly Period entry per person per email address per day and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry per person per email address per month via this entry method.


Prize(s) :

Grand Prize:

A trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to one (1) game during The Finals 2009 (“Trip”) (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor and the NBA Entities). Trip includes: Round-trip coach-class air transportation, three (3) days/two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for two (2) persons, an NBA Finals Memorabilia package, two (2) tickets to one (1) game of The Finals 2009; and a T-Mobile Device and $100 in T-Mobile pre-paid services issued via gift card for the winner only. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS AND PRIZES: There are a total of six (6) Monthly Drawings.

Monthly Drawing 1 – Three (3) Prizes: Two (2) tickets each to five (5) NBA Regular Season Games (for a total of 10 tickets), exact games and seat locations to be determined by Sponsor, and a $250 pre-paid gift card for winner only (gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions set by issuer). Winner is solely responsible for transportation to/from game. ARV: $2,750 each.

Monthly Drawing 2 – Three (3) Prizes: A video game chair and a video game bundle pack which includes five (5) video games of winner’s choice, subject to approval by Sponsor (games will be appropriate to the age of the winner, maximum ARV for each game is $75). ARV: $2,250 each.

Monthly Drawing 3 – Three (3) Prizes: A 47” Flat Screen TV and a Home Theatre System. Make and model to be determined by Sponsor. Installation is not included. ARV: $2,600 each.

Monthly Drawing 4 – Three (3) Prizes: A $2,000 shopping spree at an athletic apparel retailer (to be determined by Sponsor) awarded as a pre-paid gift card (gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions set by issuer). ARV: $2,000 each.

Monthly Drawing 5 – Three (3) Prizes: An NBA All-Star Prize Pack, including: All-Star gear (e.g. warm ups, jersey, head and wrist bands; exact items and sizes to be determined by Sponsor) and an All-Star commemorative basketball. Gear and basketball are not game used. ARV: $500 each.

Monthly Drawing 6 – Three (3) Prizes: A laptop computer and a laptop bag. Make and model to be determined by Sponsor. ARV: $1,200 each.
