The entry period for the Levi Strauss & Co. “Levi’s Tuition Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 21, 2010 at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 6, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) entry per Entry Pool per day – regardless of means of entry – during the Sweepstakes Period per person, immediate family, household address, cellular phone number or email address or account.

Prize(s) :

(2) Grand Prizes – One (1) Per Entry Pool: Each Grand Prize consists of: A) a $50,000.00 deposit into a 529 Qualified State Tuition Program tuition savings plan account owned by the Grand Prize winner (or his/her designee), and B) a check in the amount of $20,000.00 which winner may elect to use to defray all or part of the tax obligation associated with the Grand Prize. Please note that the entire Grand Prize Package amount ($70,000.00) will be reported on Form 1099-MISC (or its equivalent), to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and to appropriate state and local taxation authorities. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $70,000.00. If a Grand Prize is won by a minor, or if the Grand Prize winner has not reached the minimum age for owning a 529 savings plan in his/her state of residence, the Grand Prize will be awarded in the name of the Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.
