"CMT's Next Superstar Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00:01 PM (CT) on April 4, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on May 1, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on May 1, 2011.

Prize(s) :
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a flyaway trip for two (2) to Nashville, TN (the "Event"). The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest (the "Guest") which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities' choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to the nearest major airport for the Event, at Sweepstakes Entities' sole discretion.
