Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of April 1, 2011.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The "Plackers Kids Club" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2011 ("Promotion Period").
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 6 day / 5 night vacation package for four (4) to Orlando, Florida. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $10,000. The trip package will include round trip coach airfare for four (4) and one (1) standard room accommodation for the five (5) night stay. The Grand Prize winner will have the option of accepting the Orlando trip package or a $7,000 cash prize.
Three (3) First Prize winners: Each First Prize winner will receive Orthodontic care valued at $1,000 each. The Approximate Retail Value of the First Prize is $1,000.
Five hundred (500) Second Prize winners: Each Second Prize winner will receive a one (1)-year Supply of Plackers Dental Flossers*. The Approximate Retail Value of the Second Prize is $18.00.
