The Be A Pawn Star Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they residence as of the date entry. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on February 24, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person / per day for the entire Entry Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner: a Grand Prize trip to Las Vegas Nevada consisting of: round-trip, coach class, air transportation for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest the winner's residence to the destination city; hotel accommodations for four (4) days, three (3) nights; roundtrip transportation between airport and hotel; roundtrip transportation between the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop and hotel; one (1) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) pre-loaded VISA gift card for spending and travel expenses; and one (1) Pawn Stars Bobblehead doll ( “Grand Prize”). The ARV of the Grand Prize is Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Two Dollars ($8,342.00).
Forty two (42) First Prizes consisting of : One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) awarded to First Prize winner in the form of a check; and one(1) Pawn Stars Bobblehead doll. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00).
