The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a "Entrant" or collectively as "Entrants").
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The "Royal Pains Hamptons Getaway Sweepstakes presented by TurboTax" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on Saturday, February 25, 2012, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Limit :
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online only and one (1) time per day only. A day, for the purposes of these Sweepstakes, begins at 12:00:01 a.m. and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. the same day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner"). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest ("Travel Companion") to The Hamptons, New York area* (the "Trip"). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's home to a New York City (area) airport [Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary, and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency]; two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at hotel in The Hamptons (area); nonexclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in The Hamptons (area); and one (1) dinner for two (2) with a value not to exceed one hundred dollars and no cents ($100.00). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is five thousand dollars and no cents ($5,000.00).
