Eligibility :

Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The iVillage Thanks Mom! Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on April 27, 2012 at 12:01 A.M. ET and end on May 31, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to one (1) winner (“Winner”). Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) one thousand dollar ($1,000) American Express Gift Card. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
