Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a "Participant" or collectively as "Participants").
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The "Covert Affairs Sights Unseen Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on July 10, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 11, 2012, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Limit :
A Participant may enter one (1) time only.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize") will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5)-day, four (4)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Travel Companion") to Barcelona, Spain (the "Trip"). The Trip will include non-exclusive ground transportation or funding for ground transportation to and from Grand Prize Winner's home to departure airport, round-trip economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's home to an airport in or near Barcelona, Spain [Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency]; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport in or near Barcelona; four (4) nights' standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel as determined by the Administering Agency and Sponsor in their sole discretion); four (4) breakfast meals for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion at selected hotel (subject to hotel's Bed & Breakfast meal-related terms, conditions and/or restrictions); a dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion at Les 7 Portes Restaurant (does not include alcohol or gratuity, total bill not to exceed one hundred and twenty five dollars (US$125) and subject to reservation availability); two (2) Barcelona Hop on/off bus passes for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion; two (2) local day-trip events the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion to be determined by and at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency; and five hundred dollars (US$500) spending allowance for the Grand Prize Winner only (method of funding at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is six thousand five hundred ninety-five dollars ($6,595).
