Eligibility :

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 27, 2012, and who are physically located and residing in the KNBC terrestrial geographic viewing area (the counties of Los Angeles, Kern, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura in the state of California (collectively, “Geographic Area”).

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The NBC4 Mortgage Madness Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on July 27, 2012 at 12:01 AM PT and end on August 12, 2012 at 11:00 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) prize awarded to Winner (“Prize”). Prize consists of the following: forty thousand dollars ($40,000) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to Winner). The Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is forty thousand dollars ($40,000).
