This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who as of the date of entry have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The entry period for the Red Lobster "365 Days of Shrimp Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012 (the "Entry Period").
Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day (which for purposes of the Sweepstakes means a period of twenty-four (24) hours during the Entry Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 9:00 a.m. ET).

The approximate total retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $7,220.00 USD.
