Eligibility :

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who, as of September 10, 2012 are 18 years of age or older.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Francesco Rinaldi Viva Italia Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 9:00 a.m. ET on September 10, 2012 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on December 10, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

There is a limit of one entry per person/day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected Italian Scooter. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,399.

First Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected Italian Handbag. The ARV of the First Prize is $795.

Second Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected Italian Bicycle. The ARV of the Second Prize is $400.

Third Prize (1) A Sponsor-selected Espresso Machine. The ARV of the Third Prize is $220.

Fourth Prize (1) A one (1) year supply of Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons. The ARV of the Fourth Prize is $130.

Fifth Prize (5) A Sponsor-selected Pasta Maker. The ARV of each Fifth Prize is $65.
