Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Participant”).
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on August 28, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on September 13, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit :
Only one (1) Entry per person/household during the Entry Period.

Prize(s) :
PRIZE (1): Official Winner will be awarded a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the Official Winner and up to five (5) guests (“Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). If one or more of the Guests has not reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence (“Minor”) by the date of the Official Winner’s Entry, he/she must be accompanied on the Trip Package by his/her parent or legal guardian who must then be included as one of the five Guests. Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Official Winner and up to five (5) Guests from the airport nearest the Official Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA approximate retail value; (ii) standard hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (3 rooms; double occupancy); (iii) round trip ground transportation, of Sponsor’s choice, from airport to hotel and other planned Sponsor events; (iv) a party for viewing the 2012 Emmy Awards for Official Winner and Guests, (v) five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in spending money for Official Winner to be issued in the form of ten (10) $500.00 gift cards to be presented to Official Winner upon arrival in Los Angeles, and (vi) a makeover for Official Winner consisting of one (1) clothing outfit, one (1) hair styling appointment, one (1) nail appointment and one (1) makeup appointment.
