Hormel Foods Sales, LLC, Hormel® Chili Ultimate Football Bash (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to entrants who, as of the start of the Entry Period (as defined below), are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in entrants home state and a member in good standing of Sponsor.
