The Daily’s Cocktails “Choose Your Happy Taste Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District Columbia (“DC”) that are 21 years of age or older as of May 23, 2013.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on Thursday, July 11, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit :
Entrant may only enter once per day during each Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win one (1) $5,000.00 American Express Travel gift certificate (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of $5,000). Grand Prize Winner to be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around July 12, 2013.
