Eligibility :

Watch and Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Promotion begins on July 19, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 14, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

FYI :

One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.


Prizes :

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Panasonic Flat Screen TV and Home Theater System. Specific prize components of Home Theater System will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,900.

Instant Win Game Prizes: FORTY-FOUR (44) FIRST PRIZES: Kodak 7.2MP Digital Camera. ARV: $250.

TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) SECOND PRIZES: Visa Gift Code (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $50.
