Eligibility :

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding NJ), who are the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Marriott Millionaire Sweepstakes consists of two parts (collectively, the “Promotion”): a) an Instant Win Game (“Instant Win Game”); and b) a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Instant Win Game begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) October 1, 2007 and ends on 11:59:59 PM ET September 30, 2008 or when all instant win prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET October 1, 2007 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. ET September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :

One online Sweepstakes Entry/Instant Win Game play per person, per day.

Prizes :

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes, consisting of a Marriott “Millionaire’s” Package, including One Million Marriott Rewards® Points (Approximate Retail Value or “ARV”: $9,000; actual value may vary based on when and how Grand Prize winner chooses to redeem Marriott Rewards® Points), One Million Frequent Flyer Miles from winner’s choice of participating airlines (ARV: $17,050; actual value may vary based on when and how Grand Prize winner chooses to redeem Frequent Flyer Miles), and a $25,000 Marriott Gift Card. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $51,050.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: FIRST PRIZES: One (1) First Prize is available to be awarded. The First Prize consists of 1,000,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $9,000). Estimated odds of winning a First Prize are one in 1,505,000 (1: 1,505,000).

SECOND PRIZES: Ten (10) Second Prizes are available to be awarded. Each Second Prize consists of 100,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $900 each). Estimated odds of winning a Second Prize are one in 150,500 (1: 150,500).

THIRD PRIZES: Five (5) Third Prizes will be awarded. Each Third Prize consists of 50,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $450 each). Estimated odds of winning a Third Prize are one in 301,000 (1: 301,000).

FOURTH PRIZES: Eighty-four (84) Fourth Prizes are available to be awarded. Each Fourth Prize consists of 10,000 Marriott Rewards Points (ARV: $90 each). Estimated odds of winning a Fourth Prize are one in 17,917 (1: 17,917). Total ARV of all instant win prizes: $27,810; actual value may vary based on when and how each winner chooses to redeem Marriott Rewards® Points.
