Eligibility:

Pimp Your Crib Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Sweepstakes Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on July 16, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 14, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit:

Each participant may play the Instant Win Game play one (1) time per day and enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time total during the Promotion Period.

FYI:

Read the Limit on this one carefully as it's a Single Entry to the sweepstakes but you can play Instant Win one(1) time per day.


Prizes:

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Samsung 46" LCD HDTV, a Logitech digital surround sound speaker system, a Logitech universal remote and two (2) Logitech cordless precision controllers. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,579.91. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Instant Win Game prizes: FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: Saints Row 2 Limited Edition Crew Jacket (size to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $60. FIFTEEN (15) SECOND PRIZES: a THQ video game (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $59.99. TEN (10) THIRD PRIZES: Logitech cordless precision controller. ARV: $39.99. ONE HUNDRED (100) FOURTH PRIZES: THQ T-shirt (size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $7. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible prizes available divided by the number of Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
