Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of July 23, 2008. A&E Television Networks ("Sponsor"), NMA Entertainment & Marketing ("Administrator"), Luxor Hotel and Casino and Cirque du Soleil/CRISS ANGEL Believe™ ("Promotional Partners"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, participating retail locations and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family and persons living in the same household of each
are ineligible. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, Quebec and everywhere else outside the U.S. and Canada and where prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The A&E "Criss Angel Mindfreak Secret Code" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on July 23, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 26, 2008 ("Promotion Period").
Limit :
Limit one (1) weekly entry per person, per email address or mobile phone number, per week. Limit five (5) entries in total per person, per email address or mobile phone number for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit five (5) entries in total per person, per email address or mobile phone number for the A&E Insider Prize Drawing.
