Eligibility :

The Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date of entry in this Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sweepstakes Entities, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For purpose of the foregoing "immediate family" means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees and directors. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Sweepstakes begins on July 7, 2008 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on October 1, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

Limit one (1) entry per person, per valid email address, per day.


Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to Las Vegas for the grand prize winner and up to 9 guests for a Las Vegas Dream Weekend. Prize includes: Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and up to nine (9) guests to Las Vegas, NV from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights for up to 10 people (5 double-occupancy rooms); a stretch limo for a “VIP Night on the Town”; a League Champion trophy, 10 (ten) $50 Quiznos Gift Cards, 10 (ten) $50 CBS Sports Store gift cards.

One (1) Second Prize: a $1,200 Gift Card to be used toward the purchase of an HD Flat Screen TV; a $500 Quiznos Gift Card; and $50 CBS Sports Store Gift Card.

One (1) Third Prize: a CBSSports.com Football Jersey (ARV: $100); a $50 Quiznos Gift Card; and a $50 CBS Sports Store Gift Card.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes offered is $15,950.
