Rubbermaid Race Back to School Contest 2008 Official Rules
Eligibility :
Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (VOID where prohibited). Entrant(s) must physically reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be 18 years of age or older as of 08/01/08 to participate. Employees of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, or any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Contest ("Released Parties"), as well as members of their immediate families and same households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or others living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all respects.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Contest begins on or about 12:01 a.m. ET on 08/01/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 09/14/08, though all registration forms must be received by 09/07/08.
Limit :
LIMIT ONE SUBMISSION PER ENTRANT.
Prize(s) :
The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, to be awarded in the form of a check. Sponsor will also donate $1,000 to the education institution school of Winner's choice (subject to Sponsor approval) which qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. If Greg Biffle (or other replacement driver in the Roush Fenway Racing #16 Ford) officially wins (as determined by NASCAR) the NASCAR Sprint Series Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor scheduled for 9/14/08, the winner will receive a $100,000 cash prize instead of the originally stated cash prize referenced above (i.e., $1,000); and the charitable education institution donation (subject to Sponsor approval) which qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 will be a matching $100,000.
Total value of all Prizes if Greg Biffle/replacement driver does not officially win NASCAR Sprint Series Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway: $2,000.
Total value of all Prizes if Greg Biffle/replacement driver officially wins NASCAR Sprint Series Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway: $200,000.
