The Optimum High Definition Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C. who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Entrants must have either a valid social security number, a valid U.S. personal tax identification, or a valid social insurance number to participate.

The Sweepstakes begins on December 8, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on January 18, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
