Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are (18) years of age or older.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
This Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01a.m. ET on December 9, 2008 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET January 4 , 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit :
Limit one online entry per email address/household.
Prize(s) :
Five (5) selected winners shall receive a “Grand Prize” each consisting of: (i) winner’s choice of two (2) dozen Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf balls (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one hundred sixteen dollars ($116.00)); (ii) winner’s choice of one (1) Titleist 909D1 or 909D2 Driver (ARV of four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00)); (iii) one (1) Titleist Lightweight Stand Bag (ARV of one hundred sixty dollars ($160.00)); and (iv) winner’s choice of one (1) piece of Titleist fitted headwear (ARV of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
Twenty (20) “Second Place” winners shall receive their choice of one (1) dozen Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf balls (ARV of fifty-eight dollars ($58.00)).
