Eligibility :
The GenAudio AstoundStereo™ Home Theater Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 12, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the entire Promotion Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: Philips Home Theater System, including a 52” class LCD full HD 1080p Flat TV and Philips Soundbar DVD Home Theater with Ambisound. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,500.
Five (5) First Prizes: Universal Prize Pack, including an autographed lenticular, a Universal DVD (selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) and other Universal licensed merchandise selected at the discretion of the Sponsor or its designee. ARV: $50 each.
