Eligibility :
The "Seagram's Ultimate Escape" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, except residents of California, and any other state where a promotion such as the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws or regulations.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Expires Friday, March 27, 2009.
Limit :
Only (1) Sweepstakes entry per household will be accepted
Prize(s) :
Grand Prize (1): Trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Mexico, inclusive of airfare, for a 6-day, 5-night stay at a hotel resort to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Grand Prize Trip"). The Grand Prize Trip includes round trip coach airfare from a major airport near the winner's residence to Mexico. A U.S. passport will be required for travel. The winner stay at the hotel and resort includes hotel accommodations (based on standard room, double occupancy), meals and beverages (excluding premium/super premium alcoholic beverages). Travel must be completed by 12/31/09. The retail value of the Grand Prize Trip shall not exceed $4,999 (the "Grand Prize Limit").
