Eligibility :
Los Cabos Getaway Adventure Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are: legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, all entries must be received between 12:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 1, 2008 and 11:59 PM EST on January 31, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period").
Limit :
Limit of twenty (20) entries per person/email address per day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) winner will receive a three (3) night/four (4) day trip for two to the Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar Resort & Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico ("Prize"). Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner's primary residence, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the hotel); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; three (3)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy deluxe room and room tax only); breakfast for two (2) on three (3) days at Tomatoes Restaurant at the hotel; and choice of one (1) of the following activities for two (2): either the 4x4 Desert Safari jeep tour, America's Cup Sailing, America's Cup Sunset Sailing, or Outdoor Adventure activities.
