The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 1/19/09, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and 18 years of age or older.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Express HDTV On Demand Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 20, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s) :
