The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the day before Sweepstakes begin, or if the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years in the jurisdiction where participant lives, participant must be at least the age of majority on the date of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on Saturday, February 14, 2009, and ends at 11:59:00 P.M. ET on Saturday April 11, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All On-line Entries must be received no later than 11:59:00 P.M. ET on April 11, 2009. All Mail Entries must be postmarked by April 11, 2009, and received by OTH on or before 5:00:00 P.M. E.T. by April 16, 2009.
Limit :
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Prize(s) :
One winner: Serious Materials, Inc. will award the winner of this sweepstakes:
Up to fourteen (14) windows and one (1) slider door from the Serious Windows Series 300, 500, or 600 (actual windows and doors are subject to change, depending but not limited to variables including availability and geography). Retail value of this prize package is up to and will not exceed $10,000.
The cost of installation for the above prize package of up to fourteen (14) windows and one (1) slider door will be covered up to $5,000. If installation is more than $5,000, then the winner will have to pay the difference. If installation is less than $5,000, then only the costs of installation will be covered, no cash will be awarded for the difference.
