Eligibility :
The Harry & David/Food & Wine Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older at time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
All online entries must be received between 12:01 AM, Eastern Time ("ET") on February 15, 2009 and 11:59 PM ET on April 15, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period").
Limit :
Only one (1) entry per person/email address per day; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual per day will be disqualified.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Food & Wine Classics in Aspen, Colorado ("Grand Prize"). Grand Prize consists of: two (2) tickets to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, CO ("Event"), round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence, and three (3) nights accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Prize is $5,500 depending on rates at time of stay.
One hundred (100) First Prize winners will receive a three (3) month Fruit-of-the-Month Club® membership (ARV: $84.95 each).
