Eligibility :
Open and offered only legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE) as of March 9, 2009.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/9/2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 3/9/2010 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit :
Limit one entry per person/address/email address per day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: An eco-friendly landscaping makeover, which consists of installation of an eco-friendly irrigation system, eco-friendly native plants and implementation of eco-friendly gardening products, up to $7,000.00 in value. In addition, GardenSMART will film the Makeover and installation into at least one television show, which the winner can appear, if they choose. ARV: $7,000.
Twelve (12) First Prizes (One (1) First Prize will be awarded each Month throughout the Promotion period): A one-year subscription to Fine Gardening Magazine. ARV: $30.00 each.
