Eligibility :

The Contest is intended for viewing and participation in the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter the Contest if you are not (i) a legal U.S. resident located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 or older as of February 2, 2009.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The "Purex Saves Green" Contest ("Contest") will begin at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 2, 2009 ("Promotion Start Date"), and end at 11:59pm ET on April 30, 2009 ("Promotion Period").

Limit :

Each Entrant may submit one (1) Contest entry per week.


Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner: The Grand Prize winner will have the choice of receiving: a) a 2009 Smartfortwo, a Daimler Brand, or b) $10,000 cash award.

Ten (10) First Prize winners: Each First Prize winner will receive a $1,000 cash award.

Nine (9) Second Prize winners: Each Second Prize winner will receive a customized Sea Bag, an eco-friendly tote created from recycled sails. The ARV is $110. The Sea Bag will feature the personalized design (of the non-winning finalists) and include a supply of Purex Natural Elements detergents and fabric softeners.

If the contest rules state the following, why do 5 of 10 finalist contain the word "purex" . Design Entries may not contain any of the following: i) Designs which include or constitute trademarks, trade names or copyrighted works created or owned by any person or entity other than Entrant or for which the Entrant has not obtained owner's permission to use; ii) Designs which contain identifiable commercial product brands; iii

Also if you monitored the site during the entry period, the gallery remained frozen at around 1500 something entries. The voting was never enabled until the 28th of April, not April 21. A big company like this needs to be more professional

You're kidding me? I did notice that 5 of my entries never made it in. Where did you see that voting wasn't enabled until the 28th? That's bull
