The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), and Canada (except the Province of Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry. Canadian residents, to win, must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question administered by mail.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The "Organic Gardening Earthbox Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.
Limit :
One (1) Entry per person per e-mail address per day throughout the Promotion Period.
Prize(s) :
Twenty two (22) winners: The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the prize is $54.95 and consists of one (1) one Earthbox Organic Garden Kit manufactured by Earthbox. An entrant may win more than one prize.
