Eligibility :
Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or game play. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The “Win Your Run Happy® Place” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on March 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) IWG play per person and per email address per day with a limit of thirty-one (31) IWG plays per person and per email address throughout the entire Promotion Period.
FYI :
Consumers who do not have a Sticker Code from a participating Brooks dealer, may enter their nearest Brooks dealer location and use the following Online Sticker Code while completing the online registration form: RNHPY.

One (1) Grand Prize:
A 10 foot x 12 foot freestanding Cabana structure to serve as a “Run Happy Place” will be built in winner’s backyard and will include the installation and set-up of the following items: ProForm Treadmill, Samsung 40” LCD Flat Panel HDTV, Samsung Home Theater Stereo System, Avanti Water Cooler/Dispenser and five (5) - 5 gallon bottles of water. Installation and set-up of prize items will be the responsibility of the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32,000.
