Eligibility :
The Australia Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
All Sweepstakes entries must be received between February 27, 2009 at 10:00:01 a.m. PST and May 15, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotional Period”).
Limit :
Limit of one (1) entry per person
Prize(s) :
One (1) prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded. The Prize is coach-class, round trip airfare for two (2) on United Airlines from Los Angeles International Airport to Sydney Airport, and hotel accommodations for 5 nights at the Rydges World Square Sydney Hotel in Sydney, Australia, in a “deluxe” category room. Winner must accept the Prize as stated or the Prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes, if any, including any taxes imposed on airlines tickets, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Total value of the Prize to be awarded is $4,500.
