Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“DC”), except KS, MO, NJ, OK and RI, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/1/2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/16/2009 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: $221,000 toward the purchase of a home. The Grand Prize winner must select and close on, a residential home of his/her choice (based on availability) through a CENTURY 21 office (except where this condition is prohibited by law) between 5/29/2009 and 11/29/2009 or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
