This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of March 23, 2009.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Beginning at March 23, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time ("CDST") until 5:00 p.m. CDST on June 30, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period")
Limit :
Limit one (1) online entry per eligible person, per Website, per day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Getaway house selected on his/her entry form. The potential prize homes are: Sugarberry Cottage at Habersham, Beaufort SC (Developer's Estimated Market Price $499,000), Whisper Creek at Whisper Mountain, Asheville NC (Developer's Estimated Market Price $500,000), The Cottonwood Casita at Traditions Club, Bryan/College Station TX (Developer's Estimated Market Price $525,000), Carolina Jessamine Cottage at Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountains GA (Developer's Estimated Market Price $425,000). The homes will be awarded unfurnished. The stated value of each potential prize house includes the structure, lot and landscaping and is based upon the current market price set by the developer of each respective housing community as of March 23, 2009.
