Universal Orlando Vacation & Instant Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Promotion begins on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period consists of a total of two hundred fifty-six (256) calendar days. The Promotion Period for the Sweepstakes consists of eight (8) entry periods (each, an "Entry Period") (see Official Rules).
Limit :
Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period regardless of which Web Site he/she visited to participate in the Promotion.

EIGHT (8) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is a Trip package for four (4) to Orlando, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights accommodations (room and tax only) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy), and four (4) 2-Park seven (7) day admission tickets to Universal Orlando Resort’s theme parks. Winner must complete the trip on or before April 30, 2010 or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value for each Grand Prize (“ARV”): $3,500.
