THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OFFERED TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 STATES AND D.C. AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE U.S.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Beginning at 12:01 a.m., May 11, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m., June 7, 2009 (“Entry Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) Entry per person/Address for each calendar day during the Entry Period (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).
Prize(s) :
Eight (8) Grand Prizes (four (4) Disney Cruise Line 3-Night Bahamian Cruise Vacations and four (4) Disney Cruise Line 4-Night Bahamian Cruise Vacations (individually, “Vacation”), consisting of the following elements for the winner and three (3) guests (“Group”):
A. Disney Cruise Line 3-Night Bahamian Cruise Vacation: [1] aboard the Disney Wonder® to The Bahamas, including Nassau and Disney’s Private Island Castaway Cay®; [2] accommodations in one (1) deluxe ocean view (Category 9) stateroom; [3] all onboard meals; [4] Government Taxes and Fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure); [5] onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess; dining room server, assistant server and head server; [6] if winner resides more than two hundred (200) miles from Orlando, FL (“City”), round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Orlando International Airport; [7] if winner resides two hundred (200) miles or less from the City, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel to the Orlando International Airport; [8] round-trip ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral via Disney Cruise Line transportation; [9] private meet and greet with Disney Channel talent (subject to availability) and [10] following Kodak products: (a) one (1) KODAK Zi6 Pocket Video Camera for the Vide-BLOG-rapher (b) one (1) Memory Card 4GB HP (c) one (1) KODAK EasyShare M380 Digital Camera; (d) one (1) KODAK Memory card 1GB; (e) one (1) KODAK EasyShare W1020 Wireless Digital Frame; (f) one (1) Sport/Waterproof OTUC; and (g) one (1) Free KODAK Gallery Personalized Cover Photobook redeemable via code. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,837.
B. Disney Cruise Line 4-Night Bahamian Cruise Vacation: same elements as the 3-Night Vacation, except it is for 4-Nights (ARV: $7,137)
The ARV of each Vacation will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuations of cruise rates and airfares. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round-trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, airport fees, alcoholic beverages, fax, food (except onboard meals), incidentals, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, passenger tariffs or duties, personal charges onboard, room service, security fees, service or facility charges, ship to shore communications, shore excursions, souvenirs, spa treatments and surcharges. Airline carrier and Disney Cruise Line regulations and conditions apply. Each Vacation is subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval and must be booked on specific cruises leaving between July 9 through August 2, 2009. If winner is not available to travel during that time, prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of Vacation dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. In the event that a prize component of the Grand Prize is not available for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
