Open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of April 19, 2009. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Entrants must have a valid Social Security Number or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number to participate.

The Diamond Nexus Labs “Choose The Crown” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 7:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) on April 19, 2009 and ends at 5:00 pm CST on August 21, 2009. ("Sweepstakes Period").

Prize(s) :
One winner will win a trip for two to New York City, during which time the winner will be invited to attend a VIP event to meet Miss Universe 2009. Selection of the second travelling party is the discretion of the sweepstakes winner. The winner will also be awarded two tickets to a Broadway show and an expenses-paid dinner. Location of the dinner and show will be at the discretion of the Sponsor, though preferences of the winner will be considered. In addition, the winner will receive any Diamond Nexus Labs item(s) of his or her choice up to $5,000 in retail value. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is seven thousand dollars ($7,000).
