The “ABC Fall Premieres” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding New York and Florida) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a Charter Communications’ subscriber as of 9/3/09.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am ET on 9/4/09 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 9/25/09.

Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address, per day.
Prize(s) :
Grand Prize (2 winners): Each winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the winner and one guest to Los Angeles, California to attend a live taping of a Dancing with the Stars episode. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from an airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor); 4-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsors’ choice; round-trip ground transportation between Los Angeles airport and hotel; round-trip ground transportation between hotel and live taping of Dancing with the Stars; (2) tickets to the live taping of the Dancing with the Stars episode; and one (1) Hollywood Experience consisting of dinner for two (2) at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice and two (2) tickets to Hollywood Tours (tickets subject to terms and conditions as indicated thereon).
